Customer Review: longer life and sharper cutting edge my foot!

I purchased this item a couple of months ago and finally had the opportunity to use it this past weekend when building a bunk bed. After countersinking about 40 holes 3/8" deep, the bit was dull! I was drilling into pine and not any hardwoods. The edge is visibly rolled over and required putting my full weight on my 18V cordless drill in order to make it cut into the wood. This is unacceptable! So much for their claim of "longer life and sharper cutting edge!"
